4. Customer Designs & Content

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or text uploaded to our design tool.
  • By submitting a design, you grant Stitch Gallery Texas a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print your design solely for fulfilling your order.
  • We do not claim ownership of your designs.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on order size and customization, but estimates are shown at checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom-made:

  • Returns are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product or an error in printing.
  • Any claim for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved returns or reprints will be processed at no additional cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and product images belong to Stitch Gallery Texas and may not be used without permission.
  • Customer-submitted designs remain the intellectual property of the customer.
